Carol Conway

Chief Executive Officer: Carol Conway worked in corporate sales, including IBM, during the first 16 years of her career. She moved to Southwest Florida in 1993 and founded CRS Technology Consultants, which had reached $2.5 million in annual revenue and earned several awards and national recognitions before she sold the company in 2012. Conway then served as Chief of Mission Support for Hope HealthCare Services for two years before launching a donor-development consultancy in early 2014. Later that year she became CEO of CCSWFL.
