“A Recipe for Effective Discipline”

Ron is a licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist, specializing in early childhood. Currently he is an associate lecturer at the University of Toledo teaching early childhood and special education courses. He is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and has presented at numerous workshops. 

Audiences have described Ron as highly engaging, funny, informative, practical, realistic and enthusiastic. You won’t want to miss his insights into one of the most common issues all teachers share - children’s behavior.  Do you TEACH discipline or MANAGE it in your classroom? Which is the best? Ron will show you a fun way to look at behavior and what you can do to help children learn more appropriate behaviors through positive techniques.
