I took a course but I never completed it. Now I am trying to take that course again in order to earn CEUs, but the system doesn’t show the Assessment option. What happened?
Participants cannot earn CEUs for courses that they took in the past. In this case the first requirement was not fulfilled. Attend 100% of training course (online or instructor-based), prior to completing the assessment.
