FORT MYERS, FLORIDA (August 17, 2011) Child Care of Southwest Florida has released their newest eBook called, “12 Fun Things to Do With Your Children in Southwest Florida.” It’s an eBook designed to give parents and caregivers more ideas for things they can do to spend quality time with their children.
The eBook is designed to spread the word about more kid-friendly places in the Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples areas, as well as other places within Southwest Florida. Some of these places include:
- The Naples Zoo
- Four Freedoms Park
- The Imaginarium
Ideas for activities include picnics, exploring the shores of Sanibel and Captiva Islands, going to the park or the zoo, what to do on rainy days, and spending time at the Sun Splash Waterpark.
Says Beth Lobdell, Executive Director of Child Care of Southwest Florida, “This is a fantastic eBook that will give parents tons of ideas for things to do with their kids. If you’ve been struggling to find new and exciting places to bring your children, ways to give them a fun learning experience, or are just fresh out of ideas, we’ve come up with a great list of things to do. There are so many incredible places that you may or may not know about, even if you’ve lived in Southwest Florida all your life.”
