Friday, November 17 We will have our Classroom Feast Celebration. Each parent will be able to bring in a dish that is a tradition for their family on Thanksgiving or bring a dish that represents their culture. Families are welcome to attend the feast with their child. Feast will be during the classrooms regularly scheduled lunch time.

DAYLIGHT SAVING NOV 5TH

fall-back-daylight-savings.jpgDaylight saving time is just around the corner and that means one thing: It’s time to change the clocks. Make sure you set your clock back by an hour.

HOW CAN YOU BE MORE INVOLVED IN YOUR CHILD'S EARLY EDUCATION?

Volunteering.pngVolunteer as Class Parent: If you have more time to give, this is a great way to be a part of your child’s early education. Share your talents! Please let your child’s teacher know if you would like to volunteer in the classroom. We LOVE volunteers!

Be a Class Reader: Offer to come in to read to the whole class of children or to individual children who need more support.

Communicating: Give positive feedback and show appreciation for teachers and the principal. Model good manners in front of your children.

Collaborating with the Community: Be a role model; be active in community service yourself or together with your child. Make donations and offer to help someone in need.
