Patriotic Pudding Cups

3 pkgs white chocolate pudding 3.3 oz each
5 1/2 cups milk divided
1 pkg Oreos blue summertime kind
food coloring
2 cups cool whip

Crush the Oreos and spoon a few tablespoons into the bottom of your clear cups.

Make each layer of pudding one at a time, starting with your bottom layer.  Mix the pudding with 3 cups cold milk as instructed on the box, add blue food coloring, and pour into each cup.

For the middle layer, mix 1 1/2 cups milk and 2 cups whipped topping with the pudding mix. (to make the middle layer more fluffy as well as make it a more white color than the off-white color of the White Chocolate pudding.) Pour on top of blue pudding layer.

Mix the last box of pudding as instructed on the box, add red food coloring, and pour on top of white layer.

Sprinkle remaining Oreos on top of each pudding cup and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Thank you dad’s for coming to Lunch with dad! The children really enjoyed themselves and so did we. We hope to see more dads and father figures next year.
